Call Me shines brightly

Andres Vereecke and Call Me de Muze Z (s. Clarissimo Z) signed for one of last weekend's highlights by finishing fifth in the GP2* in Lier. On Friday, they also finished tenth in the ranking class. In a 1.40m class, Dimme d'Haese took third place riding Next Funky de Muze (s. Elvis Ter Putte).

Geneva

The Rolex GP of Geneva, traditionally one of the highlights of the indoor season, produced a nice sixth place for Don Juan van de Donkhoeve (s. Bamako de Muze) under Jessica Springsteen. In the U25 classes, Robert Murphy came second in the GP on Hulde G (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).

Salzburg

Donald Whitaker and Nikita du Roton (s. Elvis Ter Putte) were placed in a 1.50m class in Salzburg. Mathias Nørheden Johansen came fourth over 1.45m in the saddle of Navaro de Laubry (s. Nabab de Rêve). In a 1.40m class we noted a second place for the same rider on Ippolito (s. I'm Special de Muze).

Thermal

In the Thermal GP2*, Nayel Nassar and El Conde (s. Filou de Muze) jumped to third place. They also came fifth earlier in a ranking class.

Oliva

There was fourth place for Nicolas Layec and Fee de Caryan (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) over 1.40m in Oliva. Tina Lund took the silver in the GP1* riding Ionesco Sitte (s. Scendro).

Other

9-year-old Brin d'Or de Haute Melen Z (s. Bamako de Muze) raced to ninth place in the Ocala GP3* under New Zealander Sharn Wordley. In the GP2* of Riesenbeck, there was a sixth place for Sophie Hinners and Helwell du Chabus (s. Elvis Ter Putte).

Sambucci

Of course, we cannot ignore the stellar performance of Sambucci de Muze. The 5-year-old son of Scendro out of the GP mare Malissa de Muze (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) was approved by the KWPN studbook and received a top score of 88 points. His scores included nines for his canter, scope, rideability, attitude and talent as a show jumper. Previously, he was also licensed by BWP. We own Sambucci together with the VDL Stud.
