El Torreo triumphs in Bourg-en-Bresse

Nail-biting in Bourg-en-Bresse last weekend. In the very tough GP4*, there was only one penalty for time for El Torreo de Muze (s. Taran de la Pomme) as fourth starter in the class. 46 combinations later that was still the (shared) best result, so a jump-off had to decide on the winner. Laurent Goffinet and Atome des Etisses (s. Mylord Carthago) could not stay clear, while Bernardo Alves and El Torreo de Muze did. A great victory for our stallion and breeding product. Furthermore, Alexis Deroubaix and Kitona de Muze (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) finished fourth.

Also in Bourg-en-Bresse, Elize (s. Bamako de Muze) jumped to second place in a 1.50m class with Aymeric de Ponnat. Gudrun Patteet and Sea Coast Monalisa van 't Paradijs (s. Bamako de Muze) took third place in a 1.45m class. Francisco José Mesquita Musa and Filou Imperio Egipcio (s. Querlybet Hero) finished in third place at 1.40m level.

Bonheiden

Not only El Torreo himself was successful last weekend. His son Quelmek de Muze stood out in the 5-year-olds classes in Bonheiden under Bart Anthonissen.

In the GP there was a ninth place for Dries Dekkers with Lover Boy van het Schaeck (s. Elvis Ter Putte). Feromas van Beek Z (s. Fantomas de Muze) and Gilles Thomas jumped to place five in a 1.45m class. In that same class Guy Beyers stayed clear on Mithras de Regor (s. Elvis Ter Putte). Piet Raijmakers Jr. and Gomez Imprezz (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished third in a 1.40m class.

Gorla Minore

Our breeding product Pollux de Muze Z (s. Plot Blue) finished in third place in a 1.45m class in Italian Gorla Minore, with the Swiss rider Yannick Jorand in the saddle. Margareth Eikner and Nikita du Roton (s. Elvis Ter Putte) were fifth in the 1.40m.

Opglabbeek

Ioli Mytilineou and Levis de Muze (s. Elvis Ter Putte) impressed at the CSI3* in Opglabbeek. The duo finished 5th in a 1.45m class and 7th in the GP with a double clear round. Koen Vereecke and L'Esmeralda van 't Meulenhof (s. Nabab de Rêve) jumped to second place in a 1.40m class.

Kronenberg

At Equestrian Center De Peelbergen, Alexander Butler was victorious in the 1.40m class with Gaston d'Ecaussinnes (s. Malito de Rêve). Finally, Wout Jan van der Schans and Forlan van de Sprengenberg (s. Nabab de Rêve) were second in a 1.45m class.
