Kasanova starts outdoor season well

In Opglabbeek last week, Koen and Kasanova de la Pomme made a good start to their 2024 competition season. In the GP2*, they immediately came twelfth with just one time penalty. Koen also picked up some placings in the saddle of Istina Esqui (s. I'm Special de Muze).

Furthermore, we noted a second place for Petronella Andersson and Ollister du Lys (s. Scendro) at 1.45m level. In the various 1.40m classes, there were wins or placings for Graham Babes (Monks I Am Casall, s. I'm Special de Muze) and Petra Heikkinen (Oechie K, s. I'm Special de Muze).

Oliva

Alexander Butler made his mark with the 9-year-old Peanuts Horta (s. Kasanova de la Pomme) in Oliva. They started in three 1.40m-1.45m classes and finished in the top five three times. Pål Flam rushed to fifth place in a 1.50m class and fourth place in a 1.45m class in the saddle of Mega Special DC (s. I'm Special de Muze). Also over 1.40m, Natalia Czernik took fourth place riding More Than Special MG (s. I'm Special de Muze).

St. Tropez

E Jasmin du Maquis Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte), ridden by Dayro Arroyave, was good for fifth place in a 1.50m class in St Tropez. In the 1.40m classes, there were placings for Nicolas Deseuzes on Five Clairbois (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and Logan Fiechter on Optima vd Bisschop (s. Denzel van 't Meulenhof).

Chard

At the CSI2* in Chard, England, William Whitaker jumped to fifth place in a 1.40m class with Active Spirit (ex-Plathina van 't Ruytershof, s. Vigo d'Arsouilles). There was a fourth place for Gemma Stevens and Envoy Merelsnest Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte) at the same level.

Other

Paolo Adamo Zuvadelli and the Swiss-bred SM Moses CH (s. Mosito van het Hellehof) finished fourth in the GP2* of Busto Arsizio. In Nancy, France, Charlotte Bettendorf signed for fourth place in a 1.40m class with Good Girl DK (s. By Cera d'Ick). Starting and finishing this weekly bulletin is Kasanova de la Pomme. In Linz-Ebelsberg, we recorded a placing over 1.40m for his son Pommery van het IJzeren Lindehof with Dries Dekkers.

STX Cycle

In the STX Cycle, our young stallions again showed themselves once more in excellent fashion last week. Tellini van 't Ruytershof signed for his second clear round in two starts in the five-year-olds’ competition. In the class for four-year-olds, there were clear rounds for Umbello de Muze and Uelo de Muze.
