Lector! Lector! Lector!

We still haven't quite recovered from last weekend. What an exceptional performance by Lector and Koen in Sopot. A win on Friday in the GP5* in what was, nota bene, Lector's very first GP5*. To top it off, on Sunday they also won the Nations Cup with the Belgian team after a double clear round. We still have goosebumps.

In that same GP, Argentine Mariano Ossa finished third riding Elton van het Exelhof Z (s. Elvis Ter Putte). As part of the Argentinian team, they also grabbed silver in the Nations Cup. Still in Sopot, Martin Fuchs finished fifth in a 1.50m class and second in a 1.45m class with Viper Z (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles). Gudrun Patteet and Sea Coast Monalisa van 't Paradijs (s. Bamako de Muze) finished second in a 1.50m class.

Calgary

Fasther (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and Lillie Keenan proved themselves by winning the Calgary GP5*. In the GP2* we recorded an eighth place for Amy Millar riding GCS Athena (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).

St. Tropez

At the CSI2* in St. Tropez, Matteo Checchi raced to victory in a 1.45m class with Navira (s. Nabab de Rêve). In the GP, Sadri Fegaier and Manchester van 't Paradijs (s. Elvis Ter Putte) finished eighth. In the 1.40m classes, there were placings for Maxime Harmegnies on Forever du Givre (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and Marie Demonte on Feticheur Riverland (s. I'm Special de Muze).

Puebla

In Mexican Puebla, Martialis (ex-Martialis van 't Merelsnest, s. Nabab de Rêve) was the big star. Under Manuel Gonzalez Dufrane, this gelding won both the GP2* and the qualifier.

Tsaratsovo

In turn, Kalvarie van de Zelm (s. Nabab de Rêve) was omnipresent in Bulgaria. Ridden by Andrea Herck, Kalvarie grabbed victory in a 1.45m class, second place in a 1.40m class and eighth place in the GP.

Other

Other top performances at all kinds of shows. In Opglabbeek, Nico Lupino came fourth in a 1.40m class on Next Twist van 't Ruytershof (s. Gemini xx). Molly Ashe Cawley and Loukas de la Noue (s. Malito de Rêve) finished third in the Lexington GP3*. For Jonathan Buxton and Guinot di Nocciola (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) there was a fourth place in a 1.40m class in Harthill (UK).

At CSI2* level, there were placings in the GPs of Samorin, Pernay and Matosinhos for Dominika Gaalova (London Times PS, s. Nabab de Rêve), Romain Moresve (Eup and Go Du Lavoir, s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) and Valentine Petit-Jean (Patchouli de Muze Z, s. Ponsee V) respectively.

Finally, at the youth show in Hagen, Evelyne Putters was part of the Belgian Young Riders team that finished second. She rode Nabeau van het Migroveld Z (s. Nabab de Rêve).
