Denzel delivers EC medal winner

At the European Championships in Milan, the Austrian team jumped to the bronze medal. This was due in part to the contributions of Alessandra Reich and Oeli 'R', a only 9-year-old son of Denzel van 't Meulenhof. In the non-championship classes, we noted a fifth place for Camilla Bosio and Hervesther (s. Elvis Ter Putte) over 1.45m.

Bridgehampton

Jessica Springsteen and Don Juan van de Donkhoeve (s. Bamako de Muze) signed for fourth place in a 1.60m class at the CSI5* in Bridgehampton. In the GP2*, victory went to Nayel Nassar riding El Conde (s. Filou de Muze). Earlier this duo also finished fourth in the qualifier.

Fontainebleau

At the French championships for young horses in Fontainebleau, Tapis Plain vd Lentamel (s. Kasanova de la Pomme) jumped to victory in the championship for 4-year-olds ("Cycle Classique Autres Stud-Books") under the saddle of Christophe Muller. In the 6-year-olds category, there was third place for Nicolas Layec and Heric de Couepeur (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles).

In the championship for French-bred horses, Scendro produced a silver medallist in the category for 5-year-olds with Idylle de Vesquerie (Jérome Coulombier). Hoptum de l'Abbaye (s. Malito de Rêve) jumped to fifth place in the championship for 6-year-old geldings under Jean Marc Le Guennec. Hugo Breul and Hiedi AS (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) finished ninth in the 6-year-old mares’ category.

In the Cycle Libre for 5-year-olds, there was a second place for Spirou de l'Othain Z (s. Scendro) and Marine Serpaggi.

Other

Bernardo Alves and Vigo's Flip de Muze Z (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles) showed their class with a second place in the 1.45m in Lier. In the Del Mar GP2*, there was a seventh place for Matt Archer riding Luigi vd Bisschop (s. Bamako de Muze). Kaitlin Campbell and Kaiser van het Lambroeck (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished tenth. Augustin Covarrubias raced to second place in a 1.40m class in Guadalajara, Mexico, with Full Option du Borget (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles). Finally, at the CSI2* in Exloo, there was a fifth place for Pieter Jan de Visser on Bamaday Z (s. Bamako de Muze).
