Plethora of clear rounds

The second leg of the Lannoo Belgian Stallion Competition was a great success. In the four-year-olds’ competition, all our stallions jumped clear. These were Uelo de Muze (s. Libero H) and Umbello de Muze (s. Cornet Obolensky), both under Yarno Geeroms. Also, Ultra Flip de Muze (s. Kasanova de la Pomme) with Karline, Kept Secret de l'Amitié (s. Kasanova de la Pomme) with Jordy Oostvogels and Uncle Joe van 't Meulenhof (s. Libero H) with Jeroen De Winter.

In the competition for 5-year-olds, Yarno Geeroms and True Colors de la Linière simply continued their clear streak. Last year they jumped all rounds clear as a 4-year-old and now they were also clear as 5-year-old for the second time in a row. Nick Vrins and Tartufo de Muze also realised an impressive clear round. For Tellini van 't Ruytershof (Yarno Geeroms), there was a unlucky rail on the first obstacle followed by a flawless round.

Oliva

The GP2* at Oliva yielded eighth place for Angelica Canonici on Vertigo Z (s. Vigo d'Arsouilles). Virginie Thonon and Pecorino de la Linière (s. Bamako de Muze) earlier signed for place four in a 1.45m class.

Two 8-year-old Mosito offspring jumped into the spotlight in the GP1* over 1.40m. These were Qoup de Coeur de Muze (Megane Moissonnier), who finished second, and Qosito van de Koekoek (Thibault Philippaerts), who settled for fourth place. Evelyne Putters and Nabeau van het Migroveld Z (s. Nabab de Rêve) finished eighth.

Mathias Nørheden Johansen and Ippolito (s. I'm Special de Muze) finished a fine second in the GP2* of San Giovanni in Marignano. Earlier, they also grabbed third place in a ranking class. The offspring of I'm Special de Muze did well on Italian soil, as Niklaus Schurtenberger also collected prize money by finishing fifth in a 1.40m class in the saddle of Joan. At the same level, there were places of honour for Giacomo Casadei (Marbella du Chabli, s. Elvis Ter Putte) and Camilla Bosio (Hervesther, s. Elvis Ter Putte).
